This Scheduling Office Assistant provides clerical/admirative support to the manufacturing operations group; specifically the Scheduling department with job pack-outs.

Based on experience Scheduling Office Assistant Job Duties:
Assist all manufacturing departments with paperwork and job paperwork.
File and pack out new jobs for Production.
Able to navigate the ERP system to acquire information from job traveler.
Forwards Job Traveler to scheduling center after job are scheduled and ready to run.
Review production workload based on schedule to ensure jobs are packed and ready in time.
Print additional job labels, inventory tags and/or finished goods tags as needed by production.
Monitor any WIP waiting to be completed.
Review allocations and request materials from Distribution Center as needed to maintain production workflow.
Keep printer paper/ink and office supplies stocked.
Willingness to tackle last minute changes to the best of their ability.
Be willing to perform other duties that may be outside your normal work functions as directed by management.

Quick learner Highly organized Self motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers including ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel - Epicor experience is a plus High School Diploma or 6
months of relevant experience Production/Manufacturing experience is a plus Scheduling Office Assistant
