The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and planning support to the organization to help drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the finance team and other departments to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
Analyze and report on financial and operational results, providing insights and recommendations to management on key drivers of performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, including pricing, product mix, volume, and cost drivers to identify opportunities to optimize financial results.
Prepare and present financial models, reports, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Assist with financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
Develop and maintain financial metrics and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, including pricing strategies, capital investment decisions, and product development.
Assist with other finance projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA, CPA, and CFA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance function.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret, communicate, and present complex financial data to both internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Experience with financial planning software preferred.
Comfortable with a manager who is hybrid remote and utilizes Microsoft Teams Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
