Maintenance Technician
Kelly Services is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for a Manufacture located in Hebron, IL.
2nd shift or 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am) Compensation is based on
Experience:
up to $38/ hr with sign on bonus $2,250 and 5%-10% shift differential The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance Department.
This includes:
Completion of assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
Completion of assigned work orders.
Maintaining inventory stock in an orderly manner.
Maintenance of building and grounds as directed.
Maintenance of secondary equipment and automation.
Continuous improvement to processes and equipment to meet goals.
Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications 3-5 years in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiar with problem solving analysis processes and have the ability to contribute to problem solving teams.
Experience within the following areas is beneficial:
Design, build and maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems and circuits, PLC Programming experience with Allen Bradley Controls systems and HMI's, also familiarity with Vision Systems and Robotic programming and integration.
Computer skills with Microsoft Office Products and AutoCAD or 3D design software required.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
